This trailer is in great condition. It has an outdoor kitchen with a stove, sink, and refrigerator. The inside is immaculate the outside has one small scuff on the outside kitchen door. It has 2 entrance doors. One leads into the living area the other leads into the bathroom. Keeps from tracking sand and dirt through the coach when the kids are just using the restroom. It has 2 7 gallon propane tanks. It is great for a family as it can sleep 10 people if you want or just 2 as we have done many times. We hate to sell it but we just have no tile to use it anymore and would rather sell it than just let it sit. It also still has over 3 years of extended transferable warranty that I purchased when I bought it. This is located in Simi Valley, Ca.
