Super clean, barely (less than 10 camping trips) 2017 Keystone Passport Grand Touring Ultra Lite (2200RBWE) is 25'10" (including the electric hitch) has a sofa/queen murphy bed, one pop-out dinette, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, shower with enclosure and sink and toilet in an enclosed bathroom (separate from the main living space).  Flooring is faux wood - so easy to keep clean during trips and in like-new shape.  Color LCD flat-screen HD TV can rotate to be seen from sofa, bed or dinette and kitchen.  Camper also has a DVD/CD/AM/FM stereo with aux input and quality sound speakers inside and outside.  Electric tongue jack, new 6 volt batteries, portable outside grill, 2 20 lb propane bottles with flip-top cover, rain gutters with extended downspouts (so water doesn't stain the outside of the camper), and spare tire.  Electric controlled awning has LED lighting. This has an exterior shower with hot and cold water.  Upgraded fans with covers (so can be open while driving and when raining) in the bathroom and in the main living area.  For safety, camper has a break-away switch, heavy-duty safety chains with clasp, tinted safety glass windows, multiple emergency egress windows, GFI receptacles, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, propane gas leak detector, dead-bolt lock on entrance doors, and manual override on slide-out system.  This Passport also has "4 season" weather treatments, enclosed underbelly (so no critters crawling up into the underside of the camper!).  We have done the annual maintenance of all appliances, roof and key safety systems.  Reason for selling?  Looking to upgrade and go a little bigger.
