This trailer is in really good condition inside and out. It only takes two minutes to lift up the roof and set up the walls, so she’s up in a jiffy too.

She comes ready for any adventure, from the short weekend camp to week-long boon-docking. You get two propane tanks, two Trojan 105 batteries, and a 15-gal fresh water tank (not including 6-gal water heater capacity). The two batteries were more than enough for my partner and I to work off our laptops and charge our phones during the day (we did a long work/travel trip), in case work/travel integration is your thing.

The trailer is 21ft in total length from bumper to tongue. Dry weight is 2312lb, with a GVWR of 3336lb. It’s super light…we towed it with a 2003 Nissan Xterra (2wd, 6 cylinder) over 12,000 ft passes through Colorado without a problem.

Other features: it has an electric heated Queen size bed for two, and a fold-down dinette table that makes a bed for two, so it can sleep a total of 4. You get three storage access compartments underneath, as well as a huge multi-level front compartment that spans the entire width of the trailer. I saw a video of a dealership bragging that it’s big enough to store a whole buck in! Not quite sure how that translates, but it’s a lot! The trailer also has a sink, 3 burner stove, an oven, 3-way refrigerator and microwave. Also included is AC, heater, roof vent with fan-tastic vent fan, Kenwood detachable face CD player/stereo, carbon monoxide detector, skylights with shades, and a 6 gallon hot water heater. Finally - an outdoor shower, spare tire mounted on back, auxiliary outdoor lights, four corner leveling/stabilizing jacks, and an outdoor portable BBQ grill and table.
