An office/bedroom with a futon that folds out into a full size bed with tons of storage in the room. Loft that can either be for storage or can fit a full size memory foam mattress topper. Bathroom that opens to master bedroom, master bedroom has a King bed, big closet and also has space for a washer/dryer combo with hookups already. Tons of storage outside with scissor Jack's and 2 hydraulic Jack's plus we added stablizers. Tires are in great condition and tags are up to date.
