This is a well-used and much-loved Tiny House on Wheels. It is a 2016 (2015 Chassis) Pleasureway Ascent TS with 86,000+/- miles. Yes, that’s a lot of miles and they account for the lower than market price. (See below)

New Brake Pads, New Hoses, New Battery, all under 2 year warranty with unlimited miles from May 2020.
We are selling our Hollywood Bike Rack (Model HR1455Z-E) with (or without) the van. Truthfully, we'd prolly sell our city E-bikes with it (shown in the pictures) so we can buy fat tires, but everything is negotiable.
You can park anywhere a regular passenger vehicle would, as it is less than 20-feet. Welcome on all car ferries. Fits in a standard parking space and all state, regional and national parks love this vehicle. Averaging 20-22 mpg, we’ve driven up the California Hiway 1 coast (6 forward gears) as if we were in our VW Beetle.
We are still using it so the mileage is a guess, but it is 86k at least.
