This beautiful fully loaded 4x4 Sprinter RV is in immaculate condition. It’s been professionally converted by El Kapitan  in Huntington Beach CA.  While it is has full RV capability it has been  upgraded to include a mobile office.  It has a metal desk (place a magnate on any paperwork and it stays put as you travel to the next stop), 24” monitor (Space for additional monitor), file storage, cubby’s for open files are in overhead storage with doors to keep everything tucked away, 110 outlets, USB chargers and shelf for printer.  I used one of the three bed platforms for a plan table and construction documents.  Under cabinet lighting and large custom LED panel lighting over the desk area.  Full roof rack and side ladder by Aluminess, solar power and additional batteries.  I added 30 amp shore power for additional electricity and with that I added roof mounted heat pump that includes AC and heat.  In addition I added a full limousine AC and Heat while the van in under way for the large volume living area.  The front seats have the factory Mercedes AC and heat.  For additional off the grid heat and hot water a Wabasco diesel heating unit was installed where the spare tire was.  Relocated the spare tire to the back door panel.  Both side panels are full tinted glass by CR Lawrence and vented for a sleek custom look.  All six tires were upgraded to Mickey Thomson Baja ATZ radials including the spare tire.  Everything you need for off the grid RVing or working at multiple construction sites.  ALL YOUR PAPERWORK AND INTERNET WITH YOU ALL THE TIME!!  No putting stuff off until you get back to the office.  Get it done real time at the jobsite.  Skip the traffic and early or late office trips and get right on the job to maximize your time and efforts.
