2020 RV Show in Denver, the 2020 models were selling for $28K!This travel trailer is in like new condition. It has been used less than 15 times with less than 2000 miles. It has a brand new second battery. It's absolutely beautiful inside and out. It sleeps ten, and has 3 heated queen mattresses that also have personal fans. There is a full kitchen and the option to upgrade to solar panels.  This is the Sapphire version, which includes the upgraded exterior and wheel upgrade.   

Three queen tent end beds, located at the front, rear, and roadside along with a single slide out helps open up the living space in this expandable travel trailer by Forest River. Storage shelves are located above all three tent openings, with storage space below the roadside bed.

A 67" flip sofa with overhead cabinets. 85" u-shaped dinette. The refrigerator is right next to the slide out.

The bathroom includes a toilet, linen storage, corner shower, vanity sink and medicine cabinet.

The kitchen area includes a pantry, double kitchen sink, three burner range, oven, and overhead cabinets. The refrigerator and entertainment center are next to the dinette.

Exterior storage is available in the rear and side of the expandable. An awning and outdoor is included.

Items that need repairing include the right straight shower panel, currently have a shower curtain covering up the space.  The DVD player does not read the disks, a replacement stand-alone DVD is included. Included is a weight rated Equal-l-zer hitch ($600) value, winter cover ($300), and second battery ($150).  Trailer is AS-IS and only carries the manufacture warranty.  RV is currently under credit union loan, therefore the sale would require payment to credit unit.  Willing to entertain reasonable offers to motivated buyers, however will not take lowball offers.
