Description

As much fun as I've had in this trailer, I'm buying a house so it's time to let her go. While the wonderful California sun has faded the Grand Design logo on the front cap, this trailer is still in immaculate shape on the inside and the rest of the paint is still clean and gleaming. I replaced all 4 tires with brand new Goodyear rubber a year ago and they have less than 5000 miles on them. The 12volt water pump was also replaced about a year ago. I've also installed a Progressive Industries inline power conditioner and surge protector because you never know what park power is going to be like. The leather reclining couch has been shortened by one seat (still comfortably sits 3) to make room for a desk and chair. The master bedroom has a brand new, never slept on king-sized memory foam mattress. The closet is probably the biggest I've ever seen in an RV/trailer and still has room for 2 Splendide washer/dryers. The hardwood cabinetry in the living area is as nice as most homes and when you combine it with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and an actual pantry (not some small cabinet) you can feel as comfortable in this trailer as you would in any house. It's also outfitted with 3 flat screen tv's, an electric fireplace and heated/massaging and reclining couch that when combined with the blue LED lighting is absolutely perfect for movie nights with family and friends. During the day, the 12' garage and attached patio and rear awning provide plenty of area for entertaining regardless of the weather. I've also installed clothes racks in the garage just in case you need room for a true walk-in closet. Transporting toys is a breeze as well with the huge garage floor space and multiple tie-downs. When it's time to send the kids to bed, the full-size happi-jack bunk beds in the garage drop down from the ceiling and there's a tv/dvd player to keep them entertained while the adults enjoy the ample space around the island in the kitchen or sit under the awnings outside and enjoy the night air with a fire pit or game of corn hole. The built-in fresh, gray and black tank water heaters make this trailer a true 4-season home away from home and the dual propane/electric 12 gallon water heater means as long as you have a water source, you and the family can take hot showers for as long as you want and never run out of hot water. And, the propane-based heat does an amazing job of keeping the trailer warm in the winter. In warmer months, the dual air conditioners keep the inside cool and comfortable regardless of how high the mercury climbs. There's also a hot/cold outdoor shower for hosing off the shoes, toys, kids, and dogs that get too dirty to bring inside.

This home on four wheels has really been a part of the family for 3 years and provided more adventure, opportunity and smiles than I could have ever imagined when originally purchased. Ask any questions and please allow at least 24 hours notice before asking to visit.
