Like new!!  Only been on the road 1 time.  Never smoked in, no pets, no fragrances.  This 40 ft. fifth wheel is the best tiny home and is built to travel.  As you walk into the living room, find a king size sleeper sofa and two reclining chairs to watch the large tv and sit by the cozy fireplace w/remote.  The kitchen has a full pantry w/pull out drawers for easy access, along with many other storage cabinets, an island with double sink, stylish pendant lights above and cool blue accent lights below and even more storage & drawers.  There is a 4 burner propane stove with nice size oven, full size microwave, 4 door luxury refrigerator that runs on electric or propane.  Eat dinner and play games at the dining table with 4 chairs.  Storage is abundant and well placed all over this trailer.  More storage is available in the "basement" compartment underneath.  Under cabinet lights and lights in the ceiling give the entire space nice even lighting.  Go up 2 steps and you will find the bathroom with a trendy bowl sink. nice sized shower with seating, skylight and handheld shower along with tons of storage.  Enter the bedroom which features a king sized bed w/memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort, spacious closet which includes a brand new washer and dryer, full size chest of drawers, underbed storage and tv.  There are 2 ac/heat units for zoned comfort and many windows to open for fresh air.  There is also a large awning to sit under and 3 slideouts which creates a large living space.
