This RV is in great operating condition, well kept, it has all of your basic appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, roof A/C, furnace, awning, one power slide, sleeps up to 6 using the dinette and sofa bed. Sofa bed does have a cosmetic issue (de-laminating pleather) which is why in our photos you will notice a cover, but dont let that detour you otherwise this RV is in excellent condition inside and out!
