One owner fifth wheel. Non smoker, no pets, unit is in great shape. It has 4 slides total. It is in excellent shape for its age other than a few minor little things. All mechanicals are in perfect working order. They say it sleeps 10 or 11 depending on where you look. In reality it will sleep 6 adults easily along with kids in 3 bunks and the kitchen table converts to a bed for a smaller kid or two. It has a full bath which has a really nice shower including tri slide glass doors, skylight, and a seat in the shower. I am 6'3" and I fit in there easily. There is also a half bath off of the bunkroom. The outdoor kichen has a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and slide out 2 burner cook top. The factory bike rack carries four bikes or whatever else you can fit on it up to 450lbs. Has 2nd AC in bedroom. Washer and dryer hookups never used. Fresh water tank never used. Lots of extras like sewer hoses, cable wire, fresh water hoses, wheel x-chocks, levelling blocks all included. Tires were wearing unevenly so I had $3000 worth of axles, brakes , and bearings done last season. Selling because I bought a cabin. I just dropped the price substantially. NADA says low retail is $38,105 and average retail is $45,870. We all know those numbers are inflated but I feel this is a great deal!
