Forest River Georgetown XL 352qs.  Very nice, spacious and well maintained unit. 9,649 miles, V10 gas motor, full body paint, tires in excellent condition. The motorhome is winterized in November and parked until spring.  The vehicle is serviced monthly while winterized by running the motor, generator and checking batteries.

The unit has four slide outs making the coach very roomy and open, four tv’s inside and one tv outside with stereo, 2 exhaust fans, two ducted air conditioners, 24 gallon propane tank, gas/electric fridge, sleeps 5 via beds (1-queen bed and 3 twin beds) Or with the pull out sofa bed (full mattress) and using the convertible dinet the motorhome can sleep 9 total, skylight in shower, rear and side view cameras, gps navigation, hydraulic leveling system, surround sound system, all led lighting (inside and outside), 2” receiver hitch, 5500 watt onan generator with 30 hours.  On the roof there is satellite and solar panel prep.  The area around the engine has been sound proofed and a heat shield applied to diminish noise and heat transfer to the floor in the the area of the driver and passenger. 

When all slides are in the coach is still fully accessible to sleeping areas, bathroom and kitchen, large amount of storage throughout the inside and exterior of the coach.  

There is two dents as pictured on the passenger side of the motorhome on a storage door as next to the entry steps from a sharp turn. This occurred at the end of the season in 2019. The dents are light, easily repairable with no complications to the motorhome. We receive a estimated from a local body shop to cost around $600 to repair. We did not get the repair work done yet due to it being winter and the unit is parked until spring.
