INFORMATION ON CONDITION
The RV is kept indoors out of the weather in a warehouse.

The owner stated that the RV and all of its associated equipment are all functioning properly.

The driver and passenger seats and the sofa have some issues with the finish as shown in the photos.

There is a brand new spare tire in the basement.
