Selling our 2014 Thor Cheatau 33SW, which we purchased new, fully optioned (full body paint, 6kW Diesel generator, etc) and are the original owners.  Unfortunately, work and kids growing up have prevented us from using it as much as we like over the past year.  As you can see, the mileage is very low, as we used it for short, local family camping trips and occasional summer trips to the Pacific Northwest.

It is in excellent condition and perfect running order and we’ve performed a few key upgrades to enhance it.  Including, but not limited to; 400w roof mounted solar panels and fully automated power management system to keep the house batteries at capacity throughout the year, custom house battery mounting racks and six 6v batteries with 450aH of total capacity, replaced all of the factory interior/exterior light bulbs with energy efficient LED units - all ideal for dry camping. 

The coach is build on a Ford F-550 Super Duty chassis and has the 6.7 Powerstroke diesel drivetrain, giving it a 35,000lb CGVWR and up to 15,000lb towing capacity.  Oil has been changed every year, regardless of how few miles had been driven.  I’m a stickler for perfection, so I’ve always maintained it meticulously.  To ensure our trips were never cut short, I’ve purchased several spare parts that fortunately I’ve never had to use and are included with the purchase; 1 Shurflo water pump, 1 factory Michelin tire, spare LED bulbs, etc.

It’s difficult to let go, but can’t justify keeping it with such little time we have to use it.

Purchased new for over $120k.  Asking $83k.   

Mileage: 13,500 primarily highway miles.
