Clean, light weight 5th wheel with welded hitch installed. Only used during summer for short camping trips to the lake. Original owners, used approximately 6 weekends per year for 6 seasons. 

Inside
It sleeps 6. There is a master bedroom, a sleeper sofa with an electric air mattress on it and the dining table converts to a bed. There is one bathroom, toilet, shower and sink all work fine. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and oven. This has 2 slide outs, one is the table and couch, the other is the closet for the bedroom. Radio system has 3 speaker areas: bedroom, main room and outdoor. TV included. All light bulbs converted to LED. Hard wired genius battery charger. 12V, deep cycle battery included. 2 2000 watt Yamaha suite case generators could be included for an additional charge of $1200. 
Outside
Outdoor shower, outdoor small kitchen (sink and grill). Electric stabilizing jacks and lift jacks. Large basement storage. Rubber roof. 

Storage can be negotiated since we already have it in a storage lot.
