This is the most popular bath and a half Phaeton model.  We are original owners. Coach was only used for vacations, not fulltime living.  No Smoking.  All maintenance records available. GoodSam extended warranty prepaid/transferrable thru May 2020.  Warehoused indoors during winters from Nov-April and CT based (never sat  in desert or in southern sun).  No "big three" issues.  Color is Rustic Canyon, Engligh Chestnut cabinets, Capri decor.

One of the later 2012 built Phaetons and has many features not available until 2013 models including LED lighting (reduces heat and battery drain), tankless on-demand gas hot water heater, electric fireplace with widescreen Panasonic 42" flatpanel TV above next to freestanding Eurocliner,  sidetable.  Coach has freestanding dinette with 4 chairs (2 are folding), home theater DVD with dolby surround sound.  Features include heated mirrors, Carefree Awnings/slide toppers, Magnum Inverter with Auto Generator Start, roof mounted spotlight, KitchenAid residential refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, Atwood 3 burner cooktop, Sharp convection/microwave oven, extra cabinets above dash and forward facing cabinet unit next to refrigerator with shelf (we use as minibar).  Queen Serta bed in master with bedside tables/drawers, Queen Ultra Leather Air Coil Hide-A-Bed Sofa/Sleeper in Salon providing sleeping for up to 4.  Ceiling fan in master BR.  (3) Fantastic vents/fans.   Splendide stacked/separate washer & dryer located in rear bath.

Freightliner chassis.  Cummins 380HP 8.3L ISC (6 cyl)  turbocharged with exhaust brake.  6 Speed Allison automatic transmission with overdrive.  Onan 10kw generator (126 hours).  HWH automatic levelling system.  New Michelin X-Line Energy Z tires (275/80R 22.5 LRH = $4,260) and large Lifeline AGM batteries ($3,561)  in 2018. Color rear vision monitor camera system with side view cameras activated by turn signals, Hadley Air Horn, Docking/Storage bay lights, dual day/night window shades.

Three (3) 15,000 BTU low profile rool dual AC/Heatpump units, 2 gas furnaces, storage bays warmed by pass-thru vent.    JVC AM/FM/XM radio.  Rotating OTA TV antenna with signal booster.  Prewired for CB radio, exterior TV, and portable satellite antenna (in additon to roof mounted Autoseek Winegard Roadtrip MIssion  dome antenna).  Tank capacities: Dual fill diesel 100 gal, DEF 13 gal, Fresh 100 gal, Grey, 70 gal, Black 50 gal, LP 36 gal.  Two tank flushes enabled - black and grey tanks.
