This class C motorhome has plenty more miles left on it! It has been fully serviced at each mileage/time checkpoint (we have all the records) and has been running very well! As our kids have (all but one) moved out of the house, it is time to downsize.  It has been mechanically running well and has never broken down.  All the tires are new; there is one spare.  There are two slide outs (with new awnings) which double the size of the interior.  There is also a porch awning. There are new blinds in the master bedroom (the queen bed mattress was recently replaced).  The coach sleeps 10 people: 2 on the master, 2 on the overcab queen, 2 on the bunk beds, 2 on the sleeper sofa (which has a sofa cover on it) and 2 on the convertable dining table.  The bunk beds hide away and make a table for 2 adults. There is a tow mode (for lower gear ratio and enhanced braking) and this RV includes a standard 2 inch towing hitch (we used it once to tow our car on a trailer) The generator was replaced in July 2019.  There is one 20 gallon propane tank that can be used to power the heater, fridge and hot water. When dry docking, the generator must be used to power the A/C, microwave and flatscreen TV.  The electric is 30 amp. The 2 auxillary batteries were recently replaced.  The freshwater and greywater tanks are 35 gallons each.  This RV spent all of its years in the Southwest until August 2019, when we moved to Pennsylvania.  It is now winterized.
