Here is a great bunk house travel trailer! It's a 2012 Keystone Outback 312BH and it is 36 feet long and weighs 7,560 lbs. empty and 9,000 lbs. fully loaded and it sleeps up to 10! Outside this trailer has 2 slides, a power awning, fiberglass front, outdoor kitchen with a 2-burner stove top, fridge and sink, power awning, and front pass-through storage. This trailer is also equipped with a Thermal Package, giving you excellent insulation.
This Outback has a great bunkhouse layout with two entrances. One to the main living/dining space in the middle of the trailer and one to the bathroom. The master is in the front of the trailer with a queen bed and storage. The middle of the trailer has a fold-out sofa, a large U-shaped dinette, and a kitchen with a double sink, stove/oven combo, microwave, and a fridge/freezer combo.
The bathroom and bunk house are in the back of the trailer. The bathroom has an outdoor entrance, a tub/shower combo with skylight, toilet, and sink. The bunkhouse sleeps up to 4 with two bunks and a fold-out sofa. The bunkhouse also has TV hookups and storage.
