This has been a great unit! We full-timed in it for over three years. We have settled down and no longer need it. I am ready to sell and am willing to negotiate. 

It is a true 4 seasons camper and 34.5 ft long with 3 slides. It is equipped with the Lippert 3.0 Hydraulic leveling system. I recently replaced the digital control panel. Other features include a central vacuum system, electric fireplace, king size bed, ceiling fan, and washer/dryer hookup. 

For the list price, I have several RV accessories that I will include in the deal. If still available the Reese 16K Pro Series fifth hitch will be included. 

Something to note. The sofa and recliner available are peeling and do not look great. They sit well, but look bad. I have seat covers that will remain on them and make them look much neater. The sofa does turn into a bed. It has a queen size air mattress that has been helpful for us many times. Under the sofa is a drawer for storage. 

The pictures available show two recliners but one is no longer available.
