This 32-foot McKenzie Starwood travel trailer has had two owners. The first owner used it as hunting trailer and kept it parked in one spot for most of the time. We purchased it in 2016  and towed it from Utah to Georgia to be on location for work, then from GA to CA.There was one trip up to MIchigan from GA in the summer of 2017. The tires we put on it in 2016 have about 10,000 miles on them
It has a combo washer drier, new laminate floors, wood trim in the living room, and we have exended to base board for the bed so that a regualr size mattress (Queen size) will fit. The awning is new. It has a TV, DVD player, three burner gas stove, refrigerator, hot water heater can be gas or electric. The air conditioner is in good condition and kept us cool down south. It has two slides outs, additional exterior storage space in back of unit, and an outdoor shower hook up. It has [2] 30# propane tanks
This has been our home for the past three years and we have cared for it as such with regular maintenance, cleaning and upkeep.

This trailer is currently in Bellfower CA (about 30 minutes south of downtown LA and will be in regular use and upkeep until purchased
