- Sleeps 6 - 8 people: 2 queen motorized bunk beds that move up and down at the push of a button, allowing for storage underneath (we used to store camping gear, bikes, etc. below the beds while in transit), table turns into a full size bed, couch folds out into a full size bed
- Working fridge, stove, oven, microwave
- Bathroom has working toilet, sink and shower 
- Two TVs (one inside a “kids cubby” designed to lay down a mat and maybe play video games or watch a DVD)
- Auxiliary fuel tank for fueling ATVs or other toys you’re hauling
- Has working air conditioner, two propane tanks, radio/CD Player
- Will leave all pans, pots, utensils, food storage containers, broom, etc. in the trailer if buyer would like them
- Power breaks, power hitch adjuster, hand crank stabilizers/levelers  
- Has a back up generator, but have never used it 
- Black water tank for bathroom usage works great, but the sensor for how much water has gone into stopped working. We’ve never had an issue with it overflowing.

Again, this is priced at under the value in the NADA guide. This is due to the black water tank sensor and tires ($800) needing to be replaced.
