Clean gently used camper looking for a new family
Camper is solid weighs 7,000 lbs needs something similar to a Chevy Silverado in order to pull it
Currently winterized will need to be aired out and washed from outdoor storage
May need to buy a new battery, its original.
Camper comes fully loaded.  Included in sale will be sheets/blankets/pillows, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, towels, coolers, patio mat and light.  Absolutely everything you will need!  
Camper has a new 6 gal hot water heater (propane/electric) installed only used once.  There are several brand new blinds that need to hung.
My family has had the camper 5 years and used 3 times. 

2 queen beds (1 is the manual slide out off the rear) 1 twin bunk and sofa can accomodate 6 adults.  If you have little ones, the dining table folds down for additonal space
Kitchen has microwave, double sink, 3 burner stove and oven (great for baking cookies), refrigerator and freezer.  Large pantry located next to refrigerator.
Small flat screen tv with built in dvd player (comes in handy on the rainy days) CD player and radio in kitchen
Bathroom has tub/shower combo, sink with storage and large linen closet.
There is additonal storage under the front queen, closet and pass through.
AC/Heat run excellent
2 propane tanks full with new cover that needs installing
Power hitch and sway bars included
