Description

Located in Madera, CA

I purchased this 5th Wheel 3 years ago from Camping World (1 owner previously) to live in as a student when I moved to Fresno, CA.   Hate to sell it but my living/career situation has changed.  I lived in it at an RV park for 16 months full time and did everything I could to keep it in great shape.  I was parked under full shade to avoid excess strain on air conditioners.  Trailer was moved a few feet every few months to prolong tire life (tires also covered).

All major applicances work- Propane 3 burner stove, Apollo Oven (amazing appliance/look it up), Refrigerator/ 8-cf was manufactured in 2013 (original replaced by previous owner). Fireplace/heater is warm! 12 Gallon water heater etc.   Windows have snap on sunshade screens.  I removed "bubble wrap insulation" from undercarraige and replaced with R-Tec Insulation Panels which helped tremendously.  I replaced CH751 locks with custom locks. Upgraded TV with smart TV (unit has surround sound and speakers in bedroom).  I always ran 2 de-humidifiers in unit while I was living in it.  I replaced toilet pedal/flange (new equipment has approx 6 month of intermittent use).  I would shower/use restroom at RV park often to reduced wear and tear on unit.  I took a lot of precautions to keep this thing in great shape as I was planning on owning/living in it for years (all you need in my opinion) but like I said my plans for a traveling career ended. Looking for a good home as it still has plently of life for good memories.  Heated reclinders.

Roof was covered with a tarp while in storage over the last year (recently removed to show unit). No leaks. No soft spots in floor. Just purchaed 2 new Marine Deep Cycle Batteries on 2-4-20 so I could show unit.  Also comes with EMS-PT50X (best in industry/look it up) and Warlok King Pin Lock.

There are a few cosmetic issues:
1.Screen door needs re-screened (easy DIY)
2.One of the storage doors needs a thin piece of metal behind lock to keep it from jiggling (easy DIY)
3.Tear in carpet from slide that was present when I purchased it.I used a rug to cover
4.Just realized I can't find the RV awning pull Rod ($6.95 at RVAwningsMart)
5.General wear and tear on cabinets etc. but nothing major (cabinets are Oak).

Unit does have a central Vac but I never used it as it was recommended to me that I buy a vaccum instead as central vacs in RVs (at least back then) didn't seem to work very well.

Look up reviews/specs of 2008 Bighorn 3055RL -It's a good RV.
