This RV is in fantastic condition. Runs and drives like new. All highway miles. Generator just serviced, and everything works perfectly. Brand new chassis & house battery. Roof was also just resealed. The only inoperable item is the bathroom exhaust fan which is very easy to replace. Has an amazing floorplan with a HUGE basement, allowing you to store bikes, grills, luggage and other large items. You will see that most RVs have very little if any storage underneith. In addition this RV is equipt with heavy duty stainless steel sink, microwave/converction oven combo, ceramic toilet and durable vinyl flooring. Superior to the typical plastic sink, toilet and carpet interior that is hard to clean and hold odors. RV has towing package as well. Used this for YMCA Indian Princess camping with my daugher who is now too old for the program.
