Hello my name is Travis Grove, I am not the owner of this coach I am only helping the owners sell it.  They have enjoyed it for many years and now they have other interests they want to pursue.

This 2005 Itasca Sunrise by Winnebago is built on a Workhouse W22 chassis powered by a  8.L V-8 496 CID Vortec engine with a Allison 1000 5 Speed Transmission. The GVWR on this  Coach is 20,700 lbs. The wheel base is 208”. The length of the coach is 33’5”. The exterior height including the roof top A/C is 12’3”.  Exterior width is 8’6”. Interior height is 6’8”.

As far as the holding tanks the fresh water holds 82 gallons, the grey tank holds 55 gallons and the black tank holds 44 gallons.  LP capacity is 28 gallons. Fuel tank holds 75 gallons. It has 82.0 of exterior storage cubic feet. 

The exterior shows some oxidation and a little fading in a few areas but it’s not at all horrible for the year model. Overall it’s in really great condition. Everything in the coach works. All the appliances work well. The last few photos show the imperfections on the exterior. The interior is in very nice condition and is very clean. The owners took great care of the coach and it shows. All of the routine maintenance and service has been kept up and is all up to date.
