Description
We just finished up a year living full-time and traveling across the USA and Canada. We're now settled in Nashville and looking for something smaller.
Overall, she's sturdy and runs great. After a year on the road, she does need a little love but could also get by as is. I've listed evrything I can think of below:
The Good:
- All new batteries in Sept 2018. Replaced the 12V coach battery with 2 6V for better thermal managment and longer life. New engine battery
- New alternator
- New starter w/ warranty
- New hydraulic brake pump and switch
- New shower valve
- New stereo with bluetooth and Aux cable
- New Crankshaft
- New Transmission Position Sensor
- Removed old uncomfortable sofa and added a mounted table/desk
- Removed old TV and added additional cabinet for extra storage
- Previous owner upgraded the suspension which is often needed on this particular model
What's Needed:
- Has a crack in the windsheild
- Passenger side mirror needs replacing
- Stairs don't always retract in 100% (can be pushed in). Likely just needs a replacement motor for less than $100 on Amazon
- Needs new flooring in the main living area ( I replaced the old stained carpet with vinyl plank flooring when we bought it, but it's come loose. I'll include the flooring along with 2 extra boxes if you'd like it)
- Tank Level Indicator on control panel doesn't work. May be a loose wire. Can still physically check levels easily
- Has a long crank issue occasionaly when starting up. Doesn't always start the first time, but always starts and runs great once it does. We were told by the mechanic that this wouldn't leave us stranded and is ultimately just an inconvenience. Also told we could likely fix it by replacing or rebuilding the ECM. Rebuilding the ECM would cost about $250.
- We hit a deer back in South Dakota. The plastic fender over the driverside wheel came off and the headlight was damaged. No structual damage was done to the chassis. Just needs new plastic fender and headlight assembly.
Some Specs:
- 70 gallon gas tank
- 70 gallon fresh water
- 40 gallon gray water
- 40 gallon black tank
- 6 gallon water heater
- 18 gallon propane tank
- Has always on rearview camera
- Has tow package. Can include BlueOx tow bar
- Has leveling jacks
Priced to sell. We're musicians and toured out of it. We want something smaller to tour around Nashville. I'm happy to answer any questions.
This is the perfect RV for someone looking for a great price on an RV that needs a little work.
