Please note that unit does have some delamination on the wall above entrance door and near driver side window, also near bathroom skylight ceiling and side wall. Previous owner has re sealed the leaks. Roof also has a small stress crack but does not leak. The 2 slide out awning fabrics are worn and could use replacement, main awning needs a fabric all well.
