This is a fully refurbished and remodeled trailer. It is a complete and comfortable home with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a large living room with a slide-out. I have moved out of the park I was in so I no longer need it. We had scrubbed and painted every inch of the interior. We installed a new laminate floor, a brand new unused toilet and toilet drain pipes. It has a nice GE washer and dryer. It has a $2000 Noritz LP gas on demand water heater that provides tons of very hot water. It has 2 axles with 4 new tires. It has a stainless steel sink. It has a shower and a small bathtub. It has a new bathroom sink and faucet. Most of the interior room lights are new. It has a refrigerator. The CA license plates are good for almost a year longer. Has 3 LP tanks. We can possibly assist with towing to a new location. In the photos you will see we taped plastic over the floor to keep the new laminate floor clean. It does not currently have curtains.
