I am selling a family owned Holiday Rambler. Has all upgrades already. New inverter/charger, new house/engine batteries, new tires, new brakes, new plush carpet, new window coverings, the interior upgrades are less than 2 years old and the rv only had 66000 miles at that time. Has no water damage or leaks, no body damage except for some paint cracking (see pics) on rear compartment door and under taillight. I had backed up into a tree, had it repaired and the repair shop did not do a good job with the paint. I also ordered a new ladder, the old one got damaged along with the rear compartment door. I have not put the ladder on, but will have it installed upon purchase. The RV runs excellent and has been kept up on all maintenance. The two fron drivers seats show wear, but they are original and only need conditioning treatment. The generator has 90 hours. The tires only have approx. 3000 miles (if that).Has one slide out in kitchen/living room. Double/fridge freezer icemaker (works great). Large shower, extra clean. Double airconditioner/heater AND furnace. There are too many extras to list. The coach still smells like new! Kept in garage.and the paint is original.
