A great motorhome for an affordable price. The engine and drive train are in excellent condition. New tires (6). We just had the roof resealed for $1,000 and have never had a leak. Brakes were totally redone three years ago. The straps connecting the cabin to the frame are new. Sleeps 6 to 8 people depending on size of your children. 4000 Watt Onan generator with 310 hours. Ford 450, V-10 engine. Plumbing all works great. Toilet with sink, separate shower, stove and oven, microwave, air conditioning, heater (propane), refrigerator (electric or propane), kitchen sink, and water heater all work fine. Rear ladder, tow hitch, books and manuals, separate master bedroom, awning and lots of storage. Wired for electric trailer brakes. Registration is good through 12/22/2020. As a 1999 model, it's a little older, but very nice and very dependable.
