it might need new tires, other than that the bathroom was replaced recently so brand new, refrigerator and generator are in great condition, I used it a couple times this year, runs great, AC, Refrigerator, full bathroom, Queen Bed in the back, table and couch turn into beds as well. spacious front window with privacy screen, rear view camera.
