The sitting area has one recently upholstered sleeping sofa, one leather chair, one corian table, track lighting, day night shades. There are wood floors from the front of the bus to the walk-through bath.  

The kitchen area has wood cabinets corian countertops, standalone icemaker, new combination microwave convection oven, 2 burner gas stove, electric and gas refrigerator, kitchen booth with a corian tabletop that sits four adults.  

The walk-through bath has a real ceramic tile floor, house grade electric and plumbing fixtures, corian counters, and a porcelain electric toilet.  

The master bedroom has a new queen size memory foam bed, full size closet, drawer space, electric draw curtains, and closet space behind the bed.  

The roof of the coach has an aluminum diamond plated deck, which is safe enough to walk on.

ALL coach tires were replaced in 2018, non-smoking and adult only coach.

I'm selling the coach due to health issues and want the new owner to enjoy the coach as much as I have!!!

07/31/18 Topped off all generator fluids.
07/31/18 Changed generator air cleaner.
07/31/18 Generator primary and secondary fuel filters exchanged.
07/31/18 Generator oil and filters exchanged.
07/31/18 Greased rear and front chassis.
07/31/18 Replaced two tag axle air bags.
07/31/18 Adjusted rear and tag axle brakes.
07/31/18 Checked rear differential, which was full.
07/31/18 Checked all engine belts and hoses, which were all good.
07/31/18 Topped off engine cooling system.
07/31/18 Engine primary and secondary fuel filters exchange.
07/31/18 Engine oil and filter exchanged.
07/31/18 Installed master disconnect switch.
07/31/18 Repaired battery cables and grounds.
