Brand new little park, beautiful view ,hill location,just outside austin texas,great candidate for a tiny home community ! 7 well spaced spaces with sewer, water and electric onsite to add 4 more spaces,,. new privacy fence on the sides,brand new septic, all new power system with metered pedestals, and water system(public water supply) about 15 miles to the city limits of austin. I just finished building it and now must relocate to be closer to family with health problems. I stopped at 7 spaces because there is room on the septic system to legally add a house, OR 4 more spaces. there is also plenty of room for another septic if you want 11 spaces AND a house.
