November – April: $825/month
May – October: $575/month
10% discount for paying a 6-month lease upfront

$575 security deposit required. Each lot has full hook ups and is metered for water and power. Water is billed back to the residents by the park. You need to have the power initiated in your name and pay metered electric that you use. You can get Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi at your expense.

Located within a 5-min walk of Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Walgreens. Walmart Supercenter, Publix, ALDI, and a laundromat are a 5-min drive of the park. There is a laundromat within a 5-min walk of the park. Dogs under 40 lbs are welcome (no aggressive breeds).
