This well located site has much to offer. It is very near one of the resorts five pools, jacuzzi, laundry room and showers. It backs up to a beautiful green belt and lovely lake with fountain in the center.

A large kitchen with great counter space, large sink, gas stove top and under counter refrigerators are all available for use by a monthly renter. Bar stools are at the kitchen bar and comfy cushioned furniture in the lounge section. A large custom built shade structure covers the kitchen and lounge area.

xHOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for over 180 nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Dog Fees:
$2 per day, per dog for up to 90 days
$1 per day, per dog after 90 days
This property rents on a monthly basis only.

Monthly Fee: is $1,555 per month plus electricity. You will be billed for your actual electrical usage. A $300 security deposit is required. This deposit is returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site and everything on it is in the same condition as when you arrived including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.
