I purchased this travel trailer new in 2022. It is in excellent condition, no issues. I have camped in it 4 times. I am only selling to puchase a bigger travel trailer to take my grandkids along with us.

Upgrades include, tv mount, tv, bathroom faucet (because the original was too small to get both hands under) and an electric tongue jack.

No smoking and no camping with pets.
