We have stored her inside 2 years completely climate controlled and since January in her own garage and we winterized for safety. New Goodyear Endurance tires in January '24, topper cover over the slide, e2 Equalizer system with weight distribution and anti-away, we added a place to keep the stinky slinky on the back bumper and my husband made blocks for the stabilizers to land on. We have the sewer hose support rack, heated fresh water hose with filter, water pressure gauge, chocks & planks for leveling and it’s wired for tire lynx and solar. LED lighting under the awning that's not blinding at night. Compass Connect system so you can control lights, slide and awning from your phone. Highrise pullout sprayer in a deep "farm style" stainless steel sink. And one of the best features is we removed the huge useless arm rest between the recliners and husband built a table with a shelf that holds 6 cubbies, game changer, great storage. We do have the arm rest so that will be added too. The underbelly is heated so no worries when temps drop below 32 degrees. And there's plenty of room in the garage area, with motion detect lights. The refrigerator works on propane or electric so no 12v worries. 3 burner cooktop and oven. Microwave, Roku TV and an FM/CD stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. AC and furnace work perfectly. AC has the RVAirflow added to reduce the AC noise. We have a poo trolly that's never been used, that can be negotiated into the price. I can honestly say everything works as it should or better. We live in the mountains of East TN and we can’t keep the camper at our house, so that’s why she’s always been stored indoors.
