This is a 2019 unit that is a wonderful couples travel trailer. It has just been completely serviced before this season so everything is in pefect working condition EXCEPT for the fireplace. I am the second owner and it has been hit or miss since I purchased and we really don't use it. Unit comes with upgraded Goodyear Endurance tires with plenty of life left. It has had the regulator recall done so the regulator is brand new. As seen in the picture, the theater seating has just begun to get a little "fuzzy" like they all seem to eventually get. Trailer comes ready to camp and I have clean title in hand. This includes: all hoses (fresh and cleand out), all sewer lines (with appropriate connections), surge protector, leveling blocks and wheel chocks, xblocks for in between wheels for extra stability, long 30 amp power cord, cornhole boards, small Blackstone grill, long extended propane connection hose, equalizer e2 WDH with 10k bars, WDH ball carrier, water heater plug wrench, and more. I just put extra sealant on roof where any signs of wear existed so that is already done as well. We are selling only because we really don't use it much at all. Maybe 6 times since we purchased from the original owners. In my opinion, this is the perfect couples trailer and pulled very easily with my 1/2 ton GMC pickup.
